How does it work?
Once you place the order and receive the repeater, you can call our support department at 954-607-4550 and request a customized pre-installation package consisting of:

- antenna location and pointing direction
- Useful tips and installation best practices
- Answers to any questions you might have.

After you complete the installation, we will remotely connect to the system and perform its commissioning and activation.
- Once the installation is complete and the system is active, we will register your system with the carriers in compliance with current FCC regulations.
- If at any point during the life of the system you need support, just call us during regular business hours or send us an email and we will be happy to assist.
- When you need to de-commission the system, please let us know so we can cancel the registration with the carrier. If you are under a rental contract, ship the components back to us so we can stop billing. If you purchased it, store it for the next project.
